These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "R&D Lab" website ("the Site"). These Terms are established to protect the rights and interests of both the Site and all of its users ("Users"). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please immediately discontinue using the Site.

  1. Account Confidentiality: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their personal data, account credentials, and passwords to prevent unauthorized access. All actions conducted under your account and password shall be deemed the actions of the account holder.

2. Website Security & Acceptable Use

  1. Service Availability: We do not warrant that transmitted data will display properly or be error-free. If you discover any system errors or omissions, please notify the Site administrator immediately.

  2. Data Backups: We routinely back up system data; however, unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, you agree that we are not liable for accidental data deletion or backup storage failures.

  3. Prohibited Automated Access: You agree not to use any robots, spiders, scrapers, spyware, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written or email permission.

  4. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

3. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights associated with the online services and products provided on this Site belong to R&D Lab or their respective rights holders. Unauthorized downloading, copying, transmission, modification, or editing by any individual or entity is strictly prohibited and subject to legal liability. R&D Lab retains exclusive ownership of all data and information stored on its servers.

 

4. Termination of Service

  1. Service Discontinuation: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any or all services at any time without prior notice or liability to you or any third party. If you object to any terms or updates, or are dissatisfied with our services, your sole remedy is to:

    1. Notify us to discontinue your service or account;

    2. Upon service termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. From that moment on, you have no further rights, and we have no obligation to transmit any unprocessed information or incomplete services to you or any third party.

  2. Revocation of Membership: We reserve the right to cancel account memberships for users who engage in any of the following:

    1. Violating registration terms or these Terms;

    2. Providing false or inaccurate personal information;

    3. Actions that infringe upon or harm the rights of the Site or other users;

    4. Violating laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) or applicable internet regulations;

    5. Selling, auctioning, or commercializing account memberships;

    6. Lending, transferring, or inappropriately sharing account privileges with third parties;

    7. Obtaining accounts through fraud, credential theft, or unauthorized means;

    8. Repeatedly or excessively posting abusive, defamatory, profane, or inappropriate language on the Site.


 

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without individual notice. Revised terms will be published directly on the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

 

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). You agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
